How to fix "Something's gone wrong" error in chat settings of "Chat for Jira Service Management"

This article helps resolve the "Something's gone wrong” error when you click on the Chat Settings at the project level.

 Solution

Ensure you are part of the Administrator's role at the project level. To do follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Navigate to the respective project → Project Settings.

2. Select People.

3. Make sure you are the Administrator of that project.
   
   

   Open

   

    

4. After that, refresh the page and navigate to Chat Settings to see the page loads.
