With the conversion to Atlassian id on this site, many users (including myself ) no longer appeared with their full name. Instead, there user name shows up. And this cannot be fixed by editing your profile . I opened an Atlassian support ticket to get a resolution. Here are the steps given.

Steps

To change the full name and make it public the user must follow the steps below:

1. Log out of https://bobswift.atlassian.net

2. Log out of id.atlassian.com

3. Open https://bobswift.atlassian.net

4. Type the email and password

5. The option to choose between full name and username will appear

6. Choose full name, edit, and login
