How to delete Bulk SLA's in the Time to SLA App

Multiple SLAs exist, but want to keep only one while removing all the others.

There isn't a direct option for removing SLAs (as there are no checkbox options for selecting on the SLA Configurations page).
Currently, the only method is manually clicking the trash bin icon for SLA deletion.

 

Caution for the Import/Export workaround below , as that as it resolves customer needs, it isn’t so much professional . Please reach out to SME’s for rest call alternatives.

Utilizing the Import/Export feature:

  1. You can use the Import/Export feature from the Settings Menu.

    1. Simply export a single SLA,

    2. When at the import screen, opt for the "Delete All SLAs" option using that exported SLA.
