How to hide SLA panel while the custom field of Time to SLA is visible

Purpose

  • To hide the SLA Panel from Jira, only show the custom field: Time to SLA.

Steps

  1. Click on the SLA Panel from the Time to SLA menu to go to the settings:

 

  1. Select the Exclude SLA(s) from the SLA context option and specify the SLA to exclude.

  2. Click on the Save button.

  3. Refresh the page.

  1. The SLA Panel is hidden, and the Time to SLA custom field is shown.

 

This is the setting for Time to SLA Data Center environment.
