SLA Panel is showing in ticket even after disabling from settings

This article explains how to hide the SLA Panel which shows in a ticket even after unchecking it from the SLA Panel settings.

As such, the expectation is that the SLA Panel, as below, does not show up.

Follow the below steps to address this issue:

  1. Go to Time to SLA app and select SLA Recalculation on the left side panel.

2. On the resultant page, if the panel was specific to any project using the required JQL, click on the start button.
3. Once the process is completed, the status gets changed from RUNNING to COMPLETED

4. Now, verify to see that the SLA Panel is not visible in the ticket as in the below screenshot.
