Context: A Team Manager wants wants to track how the team is using the templates and which ones are the most popular.
Problem: As a Team Manager, I need to know if my team is utilizing the templates in the most efficient way possible by tracking which templates are being used and by whom. I also want to discover the most effective templates used by my team to popularize best practices.
