What’s New?

New user interface and layout in the space settings Document Management dashboard.

Open

The space settings Document Management dashboard now displays multiple workflows, each of which can be applied in the space

• all workflows included on install of the app (identified as Template)

• any custom, workflows added to or created in the space

A space administrator can view and copy these space workflows or create a new editable custom workflow in the dashboard. The included workflow templates cannot be overwritten but can be copied to create a custom workflow and the custom workflow edited.

Additional space workflow configuration options are now accessed using the ellipsis menu in the top right of the dashboard
