Our team is thrilled to announce the latest releases of Comala Document Management Cloud.
Code editor UX improvement
The JSON code editor has an improved, intuitive, user-friendly editor.
color coding to easily distinguish property names, values, and different data types
autocomplete feature
dropdown selectors for available property names, including workflow triggers
These improvements can help reduce errors and the need to consult documentation to check supported options or their names, making it easier to create a workflow from scratch or edit an existing one. This is especially true when adding a workflow JSON trigger.
Updates
Improvements in the document report page macros
The document state and document approvals report page macros now display a message for users on the draft and published pages when no workflow has been applied to the page.
New workflow search CQL filters for an enabled workflow and the workflow final state
The following boolean values are now indexed for the space and can be searched using CQL:
Comala workflow enabled
Comala final state
These are also available as filters in the Confluence reporting macros.
You will need to transition content to be able to use the new indexes, as they are indexed when a content property gets updated.
