New features and improvements
We are beginning to deploy new features and improvements to Comala Document Management customers starting the week of November 11, 2024.
Features will be gradually rolled out to our customers and will not be immediately available to all our customers at the same time.
We'll include these features and improvements in our release notes when they are generally available to all our customers.

Document management space settings UI CHANGE
Release notes 20th November 2024: All workflows in the app space settings UI are sorted alphanumerically. This update enhances consistency and usability by providing a predictable structure, making it easier for users to find workflows. The built-in workflow templates are no longer prioritized at the top, allowing for quicker navigation.

Document activity report IMPROVEMENT
Our Document Activity Report will log page updates even when no applied workflow event or action occurs. This feature enhances accountability, traceability, and compliance for document management.
