Partial release
New onboarding workflows
We are gradually rolling out the option for customers to apply example workflows from the Onboarding screen.
Get Started: Quick Approval Workflow
Popular use cases: three workflows, each illustrating a use case
Accessing the Onboarding option from the Confluence sidebar (under Apps) now limits the application of an onboarding workflow to the current space, avoiding permission checks across multiple spaces.
Opening the Onboarding from the Confluence header under Apps allows the application of an onboarding workflow to any space.
The Get Started option and the Apply this workflow option for each use case can apply the onboarding workflow or open the space settings to choose a different workflow.
The gradual rollout of these workflows in the Onboarding feature will be fully available in the app across Confluence sites by 31 Oct 2024.
