How to disable connection from Confluence to evaluation.comalatech.io

This document is for Comala Document Management in the Data Center.

What is evaluation.comalatech.io?

This URL is called from the Confluence server only when a user has an evaluation license. The link sends the analytics of Comala Document Management from Confluence.

How can we disable it?

A user can disable the module of Comala Document Management from redirecting to the URL through the configuration settings.

The module that needs to be disabled: Evaluation Analytics Web Resources

Refer to the following steps:

  • Go to Manage Apps

     

  • Choose Comala Document Management.

On the left menu, under Administration

  • choose Analytics

In the Analytics screen under Atlassian Analytics

  • check the button Disabled

After the analytics have been disabled, Confluence does not send the analytics to evaluation.comalatech.io.
