How does Power Admin for Jira track a status’ usage?

Power Admin finds all projects where the status is present in their active workflows. The usage information also includes the issues that are in that status.

Power Admin collects all the workflows, agile boards, filters, and service projects that use the selected status by going through their JQL entries.

Usage information

The status usage information is presented in the Summary and Details sections on its profile page.
