User Project Role Validator

This validator confirms that the logged-in user has one of the specified project role(s).

Steps

1. Open the workflow where you want to add the condition and locate the transition you want.

2. Switch to the Validators tab.

3. Click the Add validator button.

4. Select JEP - User Project Role Validator and click the Add button.

   Open

   

5. Select the project role(s) that the user should have to proceed with the transition.

6. Click the Add button.

7. Publish the workflow.

The validator will now be added to the transition.

If a user lacks the necessary project role for this validator, the transition will not proceed. Instead, an error message will be displayed, similar to the one shown below.
