Visualize your Issue Matrix panel

After creating Issue Matrices in your project’s settings, there are no additional steps needed to visualize the Issue Matrix panels in your project’s issues.

To visualize the Issue Matrix panel:

  1. Go to your project’s settings.

  2. Click the Issue Matrix configuration menu.

  3. Create an Issue Matrix of a type of your choice and save it.

  4. The Issue Matrix panel will appear right away on your issues.

Known issue with Issue Matrix scroll bars

On Mac OS, there is a known issue with displaying the scroll bars of an Issue Matrix panel. In some cases with large Issue Matrices containing more data, the horizontal and vertical scrolls might not be visible on Mac.

There is a workaround allowing you to visualize the scroll bars in your Issue Matrices:

  1. Click the System Preferences icon in Mac's desktop dock, or go to the Apple Menu and choose System Preferences.

  2. When the System Preferences box opens, click the General icon in the top row.

  3. Go to the Show scroll bars section in the General box and click the button next to Always.
