Enable or disable single-page publishing
Overview
For each space, the space administrator in the space settings Publishing dashboard can disable the option on a page for a user to manually publish a single page.
When Single page publishing is enabled, the Publish option lozenge is displayed in the publishing status byline lozenge dropdown dialog box on the page.
This standalone single-page publishing option of a page is enabled by default.
If Enabling Publishing features is disabled by a space admin in the source space publishing dashboard the Publish button is not displayed.
Disable single-page standalone publishing
In space settings
choose Publishing
toggle the green tick slider to disabled (grey)
The Publish option button will not be displayed for any user in the publishing status lozenge dropdown dialog box on the page.
If using a Comala workflow to publish on the transition to the workflow final state or publish on a workflow event trigger, you may want to disable the single-page publishing option.
Any change in the space settings Publishing dashboard is confirmed in an on-screen message.
