Standalone publishing

Overview

You can use Comala Publishing as a standalone app to publish pages from a source (draft) space to a target space using the following options

A publishing user needs view and edit permission for the source space and the target space.

By default, when linking two spaces for the first time for publishing and syncing, the app add-on user permissions in the target space are used for publishing. When this is configured for the space, a publishing user only needs view and edit permission in the source space.

Single-page publishing does not need to be enabled to use space publishing.

Space home pages, blog posts, and archived pages cannot be published using Comala Publishing.
