IMPROVEMENTS

• Support for Jira 9.5, JSM 5.5: Configuration Manager is now compatible with the newly released versions Jira 9.5 and Jira Service Management 5.5.

• We’ve improved our error reporting for network problems during snapshot deployment. Now, If CMJ detects a network-related issue during deployment, it will first wait for the connection to stabilize. If this fails, users will see an error message with a list of troubleshooting instructions that help in most cases.

• We’ve added support for the Jira Issues Calendar dashboard gadget. Now, CMJ will resolve references to all configuration objects in the Jira Issues Calendar.

RESOLVED

• Fixed a problem where CMJ failed to import some issues due to incomplete SLA JSON values during import. 

• Fixed a problem where some programming code symbols in issue comments were mistakenly identified as user mentions, and as a result, invalid users were added to snapshots.
