• Support for multiple email channels in Jira Service Management: Configuration Manager now provides support for deploying and merging Jira Service Management projects with multiple email channels configured for each project.

• Fixed a problem where the integrity check incorrectly marked filters containing users with numeric IDs starting with 0 (zero) as missing objects.

Support for multiple email channels in Jira Service Management

Now Configuration Manager provides support for deploying and merging Jira Service Management (JSM) projects with multiple email channels configured for each project. For both deploying and merging email channels, CMJ applies the following rules:

• identifies the email channel by the email address to which customers send their requests;

• imports only changes to the email channel's request type, and

• doesn't import changes to other properties of the email channel (email address, username, password, port, etc.)
