Upgrading to Configuration Manager for Jira 2.2 is free to all customers with active software maintenance.

Public REST API for creating and deploying snapshots
The new REST endpoints allow the process of rolling out Jira configuration changes to be automated end-to-end. The REST API documentation is available at https://docs.botronsoft.com/cmj/api/rest/1.0/index.html. See here for examples using curl.
