Prerequisites

In order to integrate Chat for Jira Service Management with Slack, you need to:

• enable the com.spartez.support-chat.slack.integration dark feature, as described here

• have an externally reachable Jira URL, so that Slack can connect to your Jira

• have permissions to create "internal integration" apps in your Slack workspace
