Setting up Slack Integration for a Project

In order to set up Slack integration for your Service Desk project, go to the Configure Chat page of your project settings page in Jira, then select the Slack Integration tab:

On this page, you can enable integration with Slack and select Slack channel to use. After this is done, your Chat project is integrated with Slack and you can start using it.
