Have a different business process, team practice, or compliance need? Create and use a custom workflow

What if one of the bundled Comala Document Management workflows doesn’t meet your requirements? You need a custom workflow!

You can create a custom workflow in the document management space settings

  • duplicate one of the bundled workflows and customize the copy for your team, project, business, or process

  • create a new custom workflow using the workflow builder visual editor

  • import a workflow template by copying the template JSON code from another space or site using the code editor
