Document report
Document report
The Document Report lists all the pages and blog posts in a space.
The report can be filtered by one or more workflow states and assigned approvals for the current user.
No entries are displayed if there is no active workflow in the app space settings and no page workflow applied to any document.
The report also includes the workflow applied to each document, such as when multiple workflows are active in a space.
Viewing the document report
To view the Document Report
choose the Document Report option in the Confluence sidebar menu
The Expiration column only displays when at least one active workflow for a document in the report includes a due date for a state. The due date value is only displayed when the applied workflow is in the state.
For a page currently in a workflow state with multiple approvals, each approval is displayed as an icon in the Reviewers column. You can choose an approval icon to display any assigned reviewer(s) and their approval decision status.
Choose a reviewer to view the details of the reviewers.
The list of approvers is readonly.
When the workflow applied to a document is changed, and there have not yet been any subsequent workflow events or activities, the report displays the document Status with a grey state indicator circle, and the state name is appended with (Obsolete).
These pages can be initialized to a state in the current workflow, either on the page using the state dialog box or in a space initialization for the applied workflow in the app space settings.
In some cases, the document Status is shown as Not Initialized.
This can be displayed for the document when either:
a workflow is first applied, but there has not yet been a workflow event or activity
multiple space workflows are active, and no applicable workflow for the document exists
Filtering the report
The Document Report can be filtered by one or more workflow states using the named buttons for each state.
You can also filter the report using the My assigned approvals button to display the approvals assigned to yourself as the current user.
When an approval is not complete, for example, when multiple reviewers are assigned, or a minimum number of approvals is required, your decision status is shown for this approval.
