Detail View (Scope module)

Introduction
The detail view panel is located on the right. The detail view panel is hidden by default if there are no tasks in scope.
The detail view looks slightly different for Jira Server/Jira Data Center and Jira Cloud.

Expand the panel
To expand the panel, click "Detail View".
Close the panel
Click the arrow on the left of the sidebar to close the panel.
Resize
You can change the size of the Details panel:

Jira issues
Jira issue details are displayed in the panel on the right.
To view a Jira issue:
Open the panel on the right.
Select a Jira issue by clicking on it.
Editable fields
You can make changes to a Jira issue directly from the detail view panel.
The following fields can be inline edited:
Summary
Start Date
End Date
Status
Progress
Priority
Assignee
Team
Estimations: Original Estimate, Remaining Estimate, Story Points
Labels
Quick preview
Click the "Quick preview" button in the top-left corner to preview a Jira issue.
Once a separate preview screen opens, you can freely make changes without leaving BigPicture.
Go to the Jira issue page
To be redirected to a Jira issue page, click on the issue key:
Basic tasks
Basic task information is displayed in the panel.
Editable fields
You can make changes to a basic task directly from the detal view panel.
The following fields can be inline edited:
Summary
Start Date
End Date
Status
Progress
Assignee
Team
Estimations: Original Estimate, Remaining Estimate, Story Points
Convert to Jira issue
Click the “Convert to Jira issue” button to convert a basic task to a Jira issue.
Choose the project and an issue type. Click Next.
Complete the details and click Create.
Limitations
The detail view panel is not available for Trello cards.

Jira issues
You can see the Jira issue details in the panel on the right. Information in the panel is fully editable.
To view a Jira issue:
Open the panel on the right.
Select a Jira issue by clicking on it.
Basic tasks
Basic task information is not displayed in the panel.
Scroll through the issue details
Go to the Jira issue page
Click the expand icon to be redirected to the Jira issue page.
