Issue list view
If you’re looking for a macro view of your work across all Jira projects, without having to navigate the timeline, list view in Swanly is the way to go. Data in this list is more compact, with more information being offered at a glance.
Where to find the issue list view
After importing your projects with issues, you can continue working with them in the list view. Swanly gives you full access to high-level data like issue key, summary, project, template, status category, and start and end dates, all in one table.
To find the list view table go to Apps > Swanly roadmaps > Issue view > List.
Click on the issue name or any other column to open the issue details panel.
Click the Project to open the issues section of this project in Jira.
How to filter issues in the list view
The filters are helpful when creating the progress insight reports you need. You can find them on top of the table.
Go to Apps > Swanly roadmaps > Issue view > List.
On the top of the table, you will find the filters:
Search - filter and show on the table only issues that match the search query.
Project - filter out issues only from the projects you need.
Template - filter out issues with a certain template assigned.
Status category - sort out issues with unnecessary status categories.
Issue type - work with issues of certain issue type.
Assignee - filter issues assigned to a certain team member.
Use the sorting icon next to each column title to sort in ascending or descending order.
