Error Log:

Detected an error (NoClassDefFoundError) instantiating the module for plugin 'plugin.tts' for module 'tts-sla-threshold-breached': com/codebarrel/automation/api/thirdparty/EventTriggerRuleComponent. This error is usually caused by your plugin using a imported component class that itself relies on other packages in the product. You can probably fix this by adding the missing class's package to your <Import-Package> instructions; for more details on how to fix this, see https://developer.atlassian.com/display/DOCS/NoClassDefFoundError .

Resolution

Disable one of the modules of the Time to SLA app:

  1. Click on the cog wheel.

  2. Go to the Manage apps.

  3. Select Time to SLA app.

  4. Click on the apps module enabled.

5. Disable the “tts-sla-threshold-breached“ module

Disable the module will affect the integration of Time to SLA with the app.
Kindly make sure the app installed does not have the integration with the Time to SLA app.
