The OKRs Overview gadget brings your OKRs directly to your Jira dashboard. It's a simple and powerful way to keep track of your goals and progress without needing to open the app. Whether you’re monitoring a single team or tracking multiple contributors, this gadget helps you stay focused at a glance.
What is the OKRs Overview gadget?
The OKRs Overview is a configurable dashboard item that displays a tailored list of your objectives and key results. You can add multiple gadgets to monitor progress across different teams, individuals, or OKR sets, each with its own unique filters and display settings.
Available from version 1.2.0
Currently, only one gadget is available: OKRs Overview. More gadgets may be added in future versions.
How to add the gadget to your dashboard
Open the Jira dashboard of your choice.
Click Add a new gadget.
Scroll down the gadget list and find OKRs Overview.
Click Add gadget.
The gadget will appear on your dashboard, ready for configuration.
How to use the OKRs Overview gadget
Upon initial loading, the gadget will appear in edit mode, allowing for configuration. You can apply various filtering, sorting, and column settings to the gadget prior to saving your preferences.
Checking the Refresh every 15 minutes checkbox keeps the OKR data synced between the dashboard and the OKR Overview inside the app.
After saving the settings by clicking Done, the gadget will be in view-only mode. You can edit it again anytime by clicking on the 3-dots menu at the gadget’s top bar and choosing the Edit option.
You can add multiple OKRs Overview gadgets, each with different filters and configurations.
