1. Filters

At the top of the page, five filters allow you to refine the displayed information:

  • Filter OKRs by period – Allows you to choose the period for which OKRs are considered. When the checkbox below the dropdown is checked, only OKRs assigned to the chosen period are displayed. When unchecked, all OKRs partially within the period, including yearly and prolonged goals, are shown.

  • Add teams – Allows you to choose specific teams, with the flexibility to select multiple teams for a combined overview.

  • Add labels – You can further refine your selection by adding label(s). You’ll only see the OKRs with the selected label(s).

  • Add OKR types – Allows you to use default and custom OKR types to refine your view.

  • Saved view – Saved views are helpful for quickly accessing specific information without having to reselect filters each time. All of your saved views are listed in this dropdown.

    • Once you have configured a filter selection, you can simply click Save as new view to access it from the dropdown menu later on.

    • You can edit an already saved view by opening the view you want to edit, changing the filters, and clicking Save.

    • You can also share the view with others by clicking Share view. This will give you a link that you can share with others. When the receiver opens the link, your filters, filtering options, sorting, and columns will be applied to their view.

2. Charts

Two charts at the top visualize the total number of objectives and key results belonging to the selected teams for the chosen quarter. The charts provide insight into the distribution of objectives and key results across different statuses.

The progress displayed is calculated from each key result included on the dashboard, considering the relative weight assigned to each key result. Objective progress does not duplicate the overall progress, ensuring accuracy. We also respect defined weights, attributing more significance to key results with higher importance.

3. Successes

The next section of the dashboard is dedicated to highlighting successes. The Successes widget showcases the number of OKRs that are on track or have transitioned from an at-risk or off-track status to on track. These achievements serve as points of celebration for your team.

4. OKRs off track & at risk

The subsequent widgets focus on identifying OKRs that are off track or at risk. These widgets present a detailed list of OKRs falling into these categories and assigned to the chosen team. This feature enables prompt identification of risks, facilitating the development of mitigation plans at an early stage.

5. Statuses over time

This widget provides a historical perspective on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) by showcasing their statuses over the last ten weeks. This visual representation aids in tracking the evolution of OKRs, identifying trends, and understanding performance dynamics over time.
