Data center product compatibility
OKR for Jira is compliant with Atlassian Support End of Life Policy.
Atlassian supports feature versions for two years after its release. Appfire’s products for Jira are also supported for two years (for example, we support OKR for Jira 1.0.x for 2 years after OKR for Jira 1.0 was released).
Important support limitation
OKR for Jira does not support Jira instances that have reached End of Life. The only exception is technical assistance specifically related to upgrading from an unsupported version to a supported Jira version.
