JEP offers a set of Counter custom fields that can be used to track and calculate various metrics related to issue transitions, resolution, field changes, and attachments. Let's explore each of these custom fields in more detail:
- Attachments Counter Custom Field — Calculates how many attachments the issue has.
- Reopened Counter Custom Field — Calculates how many times the issue has been resolved and then reopened so far.
- Field Change Counter Custom Field — Calculates how many times that a particular field has been changed so far.
- Resolved Counter Custom Field — Calculates how many times the issue has been resolved so far.
- Status Exit Counter Custom Field — Calculates how many times the issue has been transitioned from the selected status.
- Status Counter Custom Field — Calculates how many times the issue has been transitioned to the selected status.
