The Linked Issue Field displays the specified field/custom field within the linked issue. 

To create a Linked Issue Field 

  • Navigate to Jira Admin > Manage Apps > Enhancer Plugin For Jira Menu > Custom Fields (JEP).
  • Click on the  button.
  • Click on the Parent/Linked/Epic Issue tab on the left-hand side of the dialogue. 
  • Select Linked Issue Field, then click Add custom field.

  • Fill in the dialog box:

    • Create a Name for the field.
    • Select the Issue Link Type.
    • Select Field/Custom Field.
  • Click on the Save Custom Field button.
  • You can define as many Linked Issue Field as you want.


This custom field can be used to sort or search in issue navigator.
