JEP offers a variety of custom fields for tracking time-related metrics. Here's a breakdown of each:
- Sub-task Elapsed Time Calculator custom field — Calculates the time passed between statuses/events, similar to the Time Between Custom Field, but it calculates all durations between sub-tasks within an issue.
- Response Time calculators — Calculates the response time based on the first public comment.
- Time in Status custom field — Calculates the time spent during the configured status(es) based on the defined working calendar.
- Time Between custom field — Calculates the elapsed time between statuses/events.
- Time Since Last Public Comment custom field — Calculates the amount of time passed since the last public comment.
- Resolution Time Calculator custom field — Calculates the time passed from the creation of an issue to its resolution.
