Download Issue Matrix configuration

Weā€™ve added an option for downloading an Issue Matrix configuration for troubleshooting purposes. The configuration is downloaded as an XML file which you can send to our support team. It will help our teams to investigate and resolve a problem youā€™re facing with the Issue Matrix for Jira app.

To download an Issue Matrix configuration:

  1. Navigate to the custom fields list in Jiraā€™s configuration.

  2. Click the Configure option for the desired Issue Matrix field.

  3. After opening the Issue Matrix configuration, youā€™ll see the Download Configuration option at the bottom, next to the Save and Cancel buttons.

  4. Click the Download Configuration option to download the configuration in an XML file.

  5. Send the file with the downloaded Issue Matrix configuration to our support team for troubleshooting purposes.
