Slash commands - /helpdesk

Slash commands allow users to interact with bots anywhere within Slack. They can be used in direct messages, channels, and in messages directly with the app.

To start using our Slash command, type one of the three options: /helpdesk.

In addition to /helpdesk, users can also use /help or /hd.

The following commands are included:

• /helpdesk configure: Configure the Helpdesk+ settings for the current channel.

• /helpdesk connect: Authorize (or re-authorize) with Helpdesk+.

• /helpdesk: Create a request in the current channel.

• /helpdesk help: Display Helpdesk+ help information.
