Approval routing

Overview

HelpDesk+ home tab allows you to approve any request assigned to you for review and stay compliant with trackable actionable notifications.

Slack notifications enable you to manage change requests, saving time and effort efficiently.

  • You can approve or reject a request, add relevant comments, and be notified when it requires your approval.

 

 

Approve requests from the HelpDesk+ home tab

  1. Navigate to the HelpDesk+ home tab.

  2. Click View next to awaiting approvals (if any are listed).

  3. Click View next to the approval you want to review.

  4. Review the request.

  5. Click Approve or Reject.

  6. Add any relevant comments to your response.

 

 

 

Get notified when requests require your approval

The bot notifies users that a request in the app home tab awaits approval.

  1. Navigate to the Helpdesk+ home tab.

  2. Click on the bot messages tab.

  3. Click View next to the approval message.

  4. Click Approve or Deny.

  5. Enter an approval message (optional).

  6. Click Submit.
