Description	Move a shortcut by name. Shortcuts can only be moved within their specific category. Shortcut can be moved to a new position indicated by @first, @last, or after a referenced shortcut by name. Default is @last Note that quick shortcuts appear in reverse order on the UI. It is not known why Confluence does this currently :(. Use continue to ignore not found errors.
