removeAttachmentVersion

Remove an attachment version by version number. Version defaults to 0. 0 for version number means remove the current version. If the version being removed is the only version, its removal means the attachment will be removed. Identify the page by space and title or page id. Identify the attachment using the name parameter and the attachment name or id.
