I want to schedule messages in Jira Cloud
Context: A Project Manager wants to schedule messages in Jira Cloud.
User Problem: As a Project Manager, I need to send out follow-up messages to my team and stakeholders in Jira Cloud. However, I want to schedule these messages ahead of time to make sure I can write them all at once and not have to worry about it afterwards.

Canned Responses Pro Templates for Jira allows you to schedule messages to be sent at a later date and time. This can be useful for sending follow-up messages or reminders to team members or customers.
To schedule a message:
Open the issue you want to reply to and compose your message.
Click the clock button and choose the date and time when you want the message to be sent.
Click Schedule comment.
Click Save button to save the scheduled message.
Keep in mind that you cannot schedule a comment with an action or an attachment.
The scheduled comment will be sent at the specified time unless a new comment is added to the issue or the issue’s status has changed. You can view, edit, or delete the scheduled comment through the section highlighted below if needed:
