How to create a report that shows the total time an issue has spent from one status to another status

Normally, the Time to Resolve field shows the total time taken for the issue from the time of creation till resolution. If any user wants total time to be calculated from different statuses to resolve, then we should follow the below instructions:

Instructions

  1. Create a calculated field by navigating to AIO Reports → My Area → My Calculated Fields & click Create New Field button.

  2. Configure the calculated field as an example below. You should add intermediate statuses (From In progress to Resolved) to the list items:

  3. Add the calculated field to your report to get the total time taken by issues to resolve from different statuses:



  • Ensure to have proper permission to create AIO Report.

  • You can customize the report by adding other fields.
