This article explains the steps to create a report showing how long a custom field is in particular value for issues.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to AIO Reports →  Custom Report → New Report

  2. Add custom fields Issue Key, Time in New Value, History New value, Time in old Value, History Old value, and History Field from the field section:

  3. Configure the History field as mentioned below to filter for a particular field:

     

  4. Run the report to get the required data:



  • Ensure to have proper permission to create AIO Report.

  • You can customize the report by adding new fields.
