Instructions
- Login to Jira and navigate to AIO Reports → My Area → My Reports.
Please note that access to the app is controlled by the Access Permissions option, which is accessible only to a Jira administrator. Users will not see the AIO Power BI menu item, if the group they belong to, is not select. In this case, Jira administrator can perform the below steps. - Edit the report, remove the Count of Issues field if you have History fields like History Status, History Author, etc placed on the fields section.
- Add the History Count field, select the Group option in the "History Status" and select the Group option in the "Reporter Name" fields.
- Now, Run the report. The results will be accurate and are as shown below:
- The Count of Issues field will count and sum up the unique issues only per Status. So use the Count of Issues field along with the common fields to get results and the History Count field when the history fields are used in the report.
