"Edge would induce a cycle" error during snapshot deployment

Problem:

When trying to deploy a snapshot on our Jira via CMJ, the following error occurs;

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Edge would induce a cycle

Solution:

The Edge would induce a cycle error, is a known issue in the 6.13.0 version of CMJ.
We have addressed this issue in the version, i.e., CMJ v6.13.1. We recommend updating the CMJ app to the latest version https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211611/configuration-manager-for-jira-cmj/version-history since there will be a lot of improvements and fixes in the latest version.
