How to resolve zip END header not found error

This article helps you to troubleshoot the “zip END header not found” error during a Configuration Manager for Jira (CMJ) snapshot deployment.

Suggestions

  1. Check if you are seeing an error if the snapshot contains attachments or without an attachment. If it happens with attachments, try without attachments and reach out to Appfire support as needed.

  2. If the above does not work, it is suggested to get the snapshot zip directly from the file system on the source instance (found in Jira home -> export -> snapshots), and try to unzip it. Then move the snapshot zip to the file system on the target instance, and try to deploy it from there by providing a path, as described here:
