Workflow builder workflow panel
The workflow panel in the visual editor displays contextual information for the workflow. The main displays are the:
Workflow view
In the workflow panel, for a custom workflow, you can
choose the workflow name to
You can change the order of the workflow states by dragging a state to a different location in the list of states.
To display this workflow panel, click anywhere in the navigator panel except on the state lozenges or buttons.
Selecting a state in the workflow view (or a state lozenge in the navigator panel) displays the state view.
State view
In the state panel, for a custom workflow, you can choose to
access the state editor to edit
the state name
state description
state parameters such as
final
and expiry due date for the state
add or edit state transitions in the transitions editor
add or edit approvals, and the approval reviewers in the approvals editor
Any added state parameters for the current state are displayed in the state view

parameter as a lozengethe due date (period or set date)
Saving changes to the workflow
After editing the workflow and applying changes to the workflow or state, choose
Save in the navigator panel
Each use of Save updates the workflow in the workflow builder and the app space settings.
Exit to return to the app space settings
Choosing Exit checks for unsaved changes and displays the following if there has been an edit since the last Save.
