User Role Condition (Within a Specified Field)

 This condition checks if a user in a specified field is in the specified role.

Steps

1. Open the workflow where you want to add the condition and locate the transition you want.

2. Switch to the Conditions tab.

3. Click the Add Condition button.

4. Select JEP - User Role Condition (Within a Specified Field) and click the Add button.

   Open

   

5. Select the user field/custom field and the project role.

6. Click Add.

7. Publish the workflow.

The condition will now be added to the transition.
