Closure Time Report

About

The Closure Time report charts the minimum, average, and maximum time for issues to be transitioned from the Open status to the Closed status.

Issues are plotted based on each issue Created Date.

If you need a more advanced version of this report, or if you need to use a different combination of statuses than those supported here, see the Time from Status to Status report.

Reporting time is shown in units of hours from the start time to the end time on a 24-hour clock. The total time shown is irrespective of whether the hours are distributed across non-workdays or non-work hours.
