Users
This screen provides an overview of user tracking within your Jira instance, and is most beneficial to Jira administrators. However, it can also be informative for regular users who have enabled sharing tracking status.
For Users with Sharing Tracking Enabled: If a user has activated sharing tracking, this screen displays additional information about their time tracking activity:
Last Jira Entry: This shows the latest time entry from shared workspaces and projects with the detected issue key, regardless of whether they were synced or not. The app also shows time entry if it’s currently running.
Latest Entry Name: This displays the title of their current ongoing time entry in Toggl Track (if any).
Started: This indicates the start time of their current ongoing time entry in Toggl Track.
Duration: This shows the total duration of their current ongoing time entry once it’s resolved. While the issue is ongoing, it’ll display IN PROGRESS.
Toggl Workspace: This displays the name of the Toggl workspace where their current ongoing time entry belongs. To change it or learn more about entry mapping, refer to this documentation.
Toggl Project: This shows the name of the Toggl project associated with their current ongoing time entry.
Sharing disabled: This message appears next to users who have disabled sharing their tracking status due to privacy settings. You'll see a prompt to request the user to activate sharing if necessary.. To enable sharing, check out the Configuration documentation.
