User cannot delete Page Approval templates

 Problem

When trying to delete a template, the user sees the following error on the screen:

Users or the group they belong to must have the necessary permission to delete pages and, consequently, templates from the app.

You can follow the following steps to solve the problem:

1. Identify the group in which the affected user is located.

2. Go to the space where you have added the Page Approval template.

3. Navigate to Space Settings and locate the user group in the list.

4. Confirm that the user group has the permission to delete pages:

Add this permission to the group or individual user and then try to replicate the behavior.
