Page Approval is not showing in the space sidebar

Problem
After installing Page Approval in Confluence Cloud
the expected Page Approval option does not appear in the space sidebar Apps menu
or the Confluence sidebar Apps section is not displayed
Solution
The Apps section must be enabled to ensure it is displayed in the Confluence sidebar:
navigate to the Space Settings
In the Manage space section:
choose Edit sidebar
enable the Apps option
toggle the grey slider to a green tick
The Apps section appears in the sidebar and includes the Page Approval option.
If Page Approval is still not shown under Apps, you must edit the space apps.
In the Confluence sidebar:
choose the Apps pencil icon
In the Edit space apps dialog box:
toggle the Page Approval grey slider to a green tick
choose Save
Page Approval is now displayed in the Confluence sidebar Apps section.
Choose this Page Approval option in the Apps sidebar link to open the app's space settings.
A quick start option is displayed if this is the first time accessing the app in the space.
Subsequent choice of the Page Approval option displays the following screen options for approval templates; the approval dashboard; app settings and support resources
