Problem

Using several instances of MultiExcerpt Include on the same page in Confluence Server versions 3 or earlier may cause slower page performance.

Unlike the Atlassian's Cloud platform we were able to create a workaround for their Server platform (Confluence v4+) - the ability for you to enable caching. 

Using several instances of MultiExcerpt Include on the same page in Confluence Server may cause slower page performance if you use several instances of MultiExcerpt Includes on a single Confluence page and if caching is enabled.
